Were pleased to advise that CDRC only uses UK based GDC registered laboratory technicians who produce all of our laboratory made Crowns, Dentures and Implant restorations. We feel by using highly skilled technicians this produces a better result for our patients and referring GDP’s.
Last month we conducted a survey of a sample of our patients who had experienced treatment at our practice. In general, we are very pleased with the results that we recieved still being a relatively new practice.
In particular the first impression that we create for clients is very important, thats why we were especially pleased with positive results that we recieved in this area. 78% of respondents rated the general appearance of CDRC as excellent and the reception area also scored an impressive 83% excellence rating from those who filled in the questionnaire. Although we were slightly disappointed with only 64% of respondents rating our waiting room as excellent, we are already woking to improve this by taking on board your comments. This includes the introduction of daily newspapers and a coat stand. We are also looking into changing the seating options to maximise your comfort whilst waiting.
Reflected in the comment from one respondent “Without exception all the staff I have been in contact with have been excellent” Both our nurse and receptionist team and dentists scored an excellence rating of over 70%
Some respondents did feel that our services were expensive but 77% would still rate the price in the good to excellence category and felt it was “Well worth it for the professional service provided which ensures positive results and peace of mind.”
We recently blogged about our patient surveys on their opinions of the practice and how they felt their treatment went, we have had some really positive feedback which is great. For example one patient who had a guarded prognosis has had a fantastic result and is very pleased with the work that was carried out. We are always looking to improve and provide a good quality of care for all our patients and staff.
Tomorrow the 15th of march our Periodontist Angela Nketia will be holding her evening course. We will post feedback in a weeks time on how the course went. Keep an eye on updates!
